Delve into some of the ideas behind the exhibition, via a set reading and discussion. Debate what a better city is, seek to understand what makes for inclusive or exclusive city making, and think about how to apply the principles of the exhibition to your work and life. Reading TBA.

Dr Ryan Reynolds is of uncertain occupation. He is a strategic advisor for Life in Vacant Spaces; chair of Gap Filler Trust, itinerant lecturer and teacher and a consultant.

This event is part of the public programme that runs in conjunction with People Building Better Cities exhibition. Running from 28 July to 29 August at the Te Pūtahi Pop-Up Space in the Unimed Building at 163 Gloucester Street, the Christchurch edition of People Building Better Cities promotes participation and inclusive urbanization through its public programme, which includes discussions, lectures, interaction, professional development training and school workshops.
