Qigong is an ancient and fundamental part of Chinese Medicine.

Zhineng Qigong was developed in the 1980s by Dr. Pang Ming. It is a thoroughly researched synthesis of ancient and modern qigong styles and has quickly become the most widely practised style of qigong in the world.

The exercises, which make up the core of the practice, are easy to learn and bring rapid benefits.
Zhineng Qigong practice improves people’s lives on many levels and in many different ways.

In this 3-day retreat, Wei will host a number of workshops & sessions. He will guide you through a series of movements and postures with focused meditation, so as to relieve you of stress,
eliminate insomnia, and improve your health and vitality.
