This class enables you to connect with other pre–natal women while tuning into your own breath, body & baby.

No experience is necessary & you can start at the point in your pregnancy when you feel ready, we recommend anytime after 14 weeks.

Our focus here is on opening the hips, relieving tension in the shoulder mantle, creating a level of familiarity with conscious breathing & being comfortable making sound through vocal toning, cultivating awareness of the muscles involved in natural birth through pelvic floor exercises & also developing a conscious relationship with sensation through safe, yet strengthening, exercises.

We offer Pregnancy Yoga on Saturdays from 11am – 12.30pm and now also on Tuesdays 7-8.15pm ($17 drop in or $150 for 10 class pass). Every 3 months we also run a Preparation for Childbirth Yoga Workshop for couples. This workshop provides an opportunity for couples to enhance their awareness of, and confidence in pregnancy, labour and birth using the ancient tools of yoga and ayurveda. (dates for this year are Sun 8 March, 7 June, 6 September 2015, $120 for couple includes refreshment and booklet)
