Pickleball is a sport described as "a combination of table tennis, tennis, and badminton", played in schools, parks and recreation centres, camps, and retirement communities.
Pickleball is FUN. It is also a great work out, very social and a competitive and athletic game.
It's typically played on a badminton court with a net that is lowered to 34 inches in the middle. Players uses a baseball sized wiffle ball and a paddle, similar to a large table tennis paddle, to volley the ball back and forth to score on the opposing team.
People of all ages and athletic abilities enjoy playing pickleball.
Pickleball is easy to learn. After a few minutes of instruction a beginner can enjoy a game with a more experienced player. Try it one day and you’ll be back the next day to play again!
Pickleball is a fantastic way to exercise and spend time with friends and family. Grandparents can enjoy a competitive game with grandchildren.
