Self-hypnosis is a naturally occurring state of mind which can be defined as a heightened state of focused concentration. With it, you can change your thinking, kick habits that no don’t serve you and destress from everyday life.

This one-day workshop is an introduction to hypnotism and suggestion and is led by Hypnotherapist, Gloria Seaman.

You will discover:

How to experience self-hypnosis and relaxation techniques for yourself
Positive autosuggestion and mental imagery
How to develop awareness of negative autosuggestions
How to use self-hypnosis for self-help and to achieve what you want out of life
What scientific research says about hypnosis
