Mt Eden Comedy is a weekly live stand up comedy event at De Post (Belgian Beer Cafe) in Auckland's beautiful Mt Eden village. Every Thursday night four of NZ's top comedians are hosted by Tim Batt for a top night of live stand up. Only $20!

This week featuring Michele A'Court - Female Comedian of the Decade winner, Michele is also the author of the bestselling Stuff I Forgot To Tell My Daughter. Writing regularly for The Press, you may have also seen her writing in Metro, Next, The Listener, The Sunday Star Times and more. Her stand up has taken her all over the world and her top reviews and numerous awards are well-deserved.

Joining her is Billy T nominee Matt Stellingwerf - a man quickly becoming a crowd favourite during his MCing and stand up performances. He's Hamilton-born, Wanganui-raised farmer's son and a university-educated criminologist who also happens to be bloody funny. Called "incredibly witty, utterly filthy, undeniably lovable" by KeepingUpWithNZ, he's an act not to be missed.

Rounding out the night will be James Roque, a renaissance man of comedy. In addition to his fantastic stage acting credits, his comedy writing career (including for TV3's Jono and Ben) his rap music career and being a pretty mean basketballer; James' stand up has drawn universal praise. Featuring on televised comedy specials After Hours and AotearoHA: Driving Stories, James Roque is a break out comedy star on the rise bringing a unique perspective.

Tim Batt, another twice nominated Billy T performer who's also featured on everything from 7Days to Radio Hauraki MCs what promises to be a fantastic night of live stand up comedy!
