All Ages

An inspiring and creative weekend, exploring deep sensory connection with nature through movement and art response.

Louise Taylor is a Tamalpa practitioner and works with the Tamalpa Life/art process, she trained with the founders of the work, Anna and Daria Halprin in California, and G Hoffman Soto. Louise uses this life/art process to connect one's art and dance to creating change in ones' life.

This weekend at whangapoua is fun and energising. Come away feeling like you shed some layers and expressed yourself in a way that you never allowed yourself to play and be free before!

We spend time outside in nature and inside developing somatic awareness and expression through improvisational dance, paint and writing.

The theme for this weekend is relationship through movement, in nature.
Experience the joy that comes from release, be seen in that, and be inspired by witnessing others.
