Four of Ireland’s best-known traditional musicians (including 2011 festival favourite, Pauline Scanlon) are coming over to Aotearoa to collaborate with platinum-selling trio Trinity Roots.

Motu :: Oilean ('islands' both Te Reo and Irish) combines the traditional music of Ireland and New Zealand within a modern musical context. This energetic, beautiful and powerful musical conversation reveals the parallels and commonalities in music, culture and history.

This is a one-off Festival highlight not to be missed!

*TECT Earlybird ends 7 October
