Mindfulness Training Half Day

Come along to a 4 hr Mindfulness training session where you will learn and practice the Mindfulness techniques that give almost immediate relief from stress and anxiety. In addition, the trainer will demonstrate and engage participants in activities to help internalise the process and make sense of it- especially when introducing to others including students.

The well documented, evidence-based research lists improved memory and clarity, increased physical and mental wellbeing, better attention and focus, improved quality of sleep, improved inter-personal skills.

The trainer, Rita Riccola is an experienced Mindfulness trainer with 25 yrs experience and a registered NZ teacher.
