In this four week course, I will support you to take the next step to anchor mindfulness in your life. In this course you will:
Deepen your awareness about how your mind influences your experience. You will learn how to apply mindfulness to create more life affirming experiences.

Be guided into a deeper experience of mindfulness
Anchor a daily practice in your life
Engage in lots of practice in class with my guidance and personal assistance. This class is very experiential
Take away weekly practices and reflections designed to make mindfulness more accessible
Stay on track!

Week 1: Mind Overhaul
In this class, we will explore thinking patterns (errors in thinking), and how they relate to current areas of tension in your life. We will apply mindfulness to gain a clearer perspective (refraiming).

Benefits: Learning how to refrain your thinking, leading to a calmer mind.
Take away: Mind reflection meditation & CBT refraining chart.

Week 2: Sensating Your Experience
In this class you will practice observing your feelings and emotions in the body when dealing with stressful situations.

Benefits: Increased energy and a feeling of aliveness.
Practices: How to apply mindfulness to a current situation by applying awareness to the body and the breath.
Take Away: Body awareness meditation.

Week 3: Breathing Your Way Into Mindfulness
In this class we will explore the breath as a powerful tool to assist you to practice mindfulness,
how the breath calms the mind and can assist with the release of stuck energy in the body,
and how we can influence the mind and body by consciously working with the breath.

Benefits: Relaxation and a feeling of calm

Week 4: Deepening Your Capacity for Love
In this class, we will explore how we can deepen our capacity to love ourselves and others. I will teach you a powerful meditation technique that you assist with this process.
We will also explore the Mind Math meditation technique to bridge the gap between the mind and body.

Benefits: A greater capacity to feel love for yourself and others
Take Away: Heart meditation
