Selwyn Community Education, based at Selwyn College, Kohimarama, Auckland.

This course runs on Wednesday evenings 7 - 8:30pm for eight weeks starting 6 May 2015, 29 July 2015 and 14 October 2015. See our website for other Mindfulness, Relaxation or Yoga courses (Health, Wellbeing and Fitness section).

Teacher: Lekshe Chodron

Come to a place within that is calm, centered presence and discover stillness, simplicity and contentment. Based on yogic practices these classes will include breath awareness with a series of simple and very gentle movements to encourage mindfulness, support healing, relaxation and breath-body-mind connection.

Places are limited due to space restrictions so it is essential to enrol before the class starts.
