Selwyn Community Education, based at Selwyn College, Kohimarama, Auckland.

This short course runs on Tuesday evenings 7 - 8:30pm for five weeks starting 3 March 2015. See our website for other Mindfulness and Saturday Relaxation and Repair courses.

Teacher: Mira Riddiford

Come to a place within that is calm, centered presence and discover stillness, simplicity and contentment. Based on yogic practices these classes will include breath awareness with a series of simple and very gentle movements to encourage mindfulness, support healing, relaxation and breath-body-mind connection.

Places are limited due to space restrictions so it is essential to enrol before the class starts.
