I vividly remember my teens. I felt intensely alive and life was full of infinite possibilities. But it was also a time wrought with confusion, doubts and at times heart ache and loneliness.

It is a time when we begin to challenge our parents and the society and try to make sense of ourselves and the world we live in. Mindfulness can really help us to settle down and learn to befriend ourselves and to get in touch with our inner knowing. It is all there bellow the whirlwind of thoughts and emotions and the roller-coaster ride of changes both within our bodies and minds and in the world around us. Mindfulness can help us access some clarity and stillness and give us the tools to calm down and understand better our responses. We can move beyond reacting and trying to do the “Right thing” or “Not giving a damn” into a space of responding wisely and staying true to ourselves.

Join me for this workshop. You will:

Get introduced to the practice of mindfulness.
Learn basic mindfulness techniques:posture, mindfulness of breathing, sense awareness and body scan
Learn more about how your mind works and how to manage your thoughts and emotions.
Find the switch-off button.
Take away resources (useful tips, guided meditations, etc) to support you in your life
