This course approaches the science of meditation in a way that’s realistic and achievable to all. Learning to calm that monkey mind can increase your happiness, focus and clarity, also reduce anxiety, depression, stress, fatigue and sleep issues.

This course offers a taster of different meditation styles. It’s suited to novice and experienced meditators and, if sitting bolt upright puts you off meditation, lying down is an option in this course.
