With meditation you can learn to focus all that mental energy on the stuff that really matters to you! This course approaches the science of meditation in a way that’s realistic and achievable to all.

Learning to calm that monkey mind can increase your happiness and also reduce anxiety, depression, stress, fatigue and sleep issues.

This course offers a taster of different meditation styles. It’s suited to novice and experienced meditators and, if sitting bolt upright puts you off meditation, lying down is an option in this course.
