Materiality assessments: The missing link for your sustainability strategy

Are you looking for a breath of fresh air for your sustainability strategy?

Scope out the potential of sustainability initiatives in your organisation by prioritising the topics most material to your business. In our 2 1/2 hour interactive workshop we will explore the link between material issues, strategy and the business value of sustainability.

Envirostate and thinkstep are partnering to introduce approaches, tools and international best practice examples and set them in a New Zealand context.

This interactive workshop will enable you to:
Structure an outcome-focused materiality assessment
Identify issues that may impact on revenues, brand, efficiency and compliance
Align your activities with stakeholders’ needs and expectations
Validate your existing strategies and make changes when they are needed
Effectively allocate resources, leverage existing business tools and plan future activities
Translate sustainability activities into traditional business language
Drive greater engagement and understanding throughout the organisation.

This event is supported by the New Zealand German Business Association.
