Sacred Moves

Fuyuko Toyota is Australia’s most experienced teacher of the iRest approach to meditation and Yoga Nidra.

In this workshop we begin to peel off all labels and bask in our own loving presence, recognising our True Nature. Rest here, be nourished, and restore your well-being. Take home your tangible, tactile, indescribable yet undeniable, loving presence.

What is Integrative Restoration – iRest Yoga Nidra?

iRest® is a transformative practice derived from the ancient teachings of Tantric Yoga that leads to psychological, physical, and spiritual health and well-being. Experience first-hand this ancient tool for health, healing and awakening that you can integrate into your existing yoga practices, teachings, relationships, and daily life.
What to expect?

You will experience first-hand and learn the fundamentals of iRest®: several lectures and experiential guided practices to allow you to understand and experience in this unique teaching and transformative approach.

On this workshop you will learn:

An introduction to the 10 step protocol of iRest Yoga Nidra

How to create your own three parts of Sankalpa (Intention)

How Gentle Asana (yoga poses) practice become Body-Sensing with movement through iRest: a non-dual approach. (Body sensing is a restoration of the senses to their natural functioning – it is likepracticing iRest Yoga Nidra with movement.). We usually relate to the body as a memory, but with Body-Sensing we come to the first-hand experience of our body as pure, dynamic vibration: without a label.

Guided meditative practices in a group setting as well as in a dyad (in two people as a pair) format. Practices which reveal your True Nature as “Loving Presence”, the source of well-being and interconnectedness with all of life.
