Gentle exercise and deep breathing whilst laughing. Laughter helps people with motivation, has lots of health benefits and most importantly helps improve mental health. By matching laughing for no reason and movement the body increases oxygen and converts stress into happy endorphins The event would have an environmental theme to stimulate awareness of what is available on the North Shore.
