This is the debut show for the arts collective "Kapiti Underground Arts". Showcasing 6 of Kapiti's most exciting artists in 1 new location. Valve studio is conveniently located on Kapiti rd (formally the video ezy site). The studio is a working replica of the famous sound city studio, being one of the only studio's in the southern hemisphere to record exclusively on analog tape.

Featured artists for the event include:

Sam Phillips - Digital illustrator with clean, bold, tattoo inspired works.
Carl Ingram - Oil painter that uses marbling and liquid techniques to create surreal masterpieces.
Dwight Fraser - Airbrush artist that brings fantasy to reality on anything and everything
Kane Smith - Legendary international graffiti artist aka Scream
Theo Stechman - Heavily involved in the community, graffiti artist and designer extraordinaire!
Emma Weakley - Fine art illustrator, comic artist, wonderfully haunting surreal hyperdetailed images.

Opening night is on the 9th August from 7pm. Exhibition will run for a month.
