Does your life feel, chaotic, madly busy? Is your mind over-full, do you feel like you are juggling too many things at once?
Are your thoughts creating peace and a sense of wellbeing, or stress? Are your thoughts creative and productive and encouraging or do they drag you down?
Would you like to have a bit more peace, clarity and joy in your life?
Come and check out how mindfulness can help. So many things are out of our control but you can choose how you respond.

During this workshop you will:
– Reduce stress and find some inner peace and clarity
– Take away some resources and useful tips on how to integrate mindfulness into your daily life.

Join me for this workshop. You will:

Get introduced to the practice of mindfulness.
Learn basic mindfulness techniques: mindfulness of breathing, body scan and mindfulness in motion.
Learn to train your monkey mind and find some respite from the onslaught of negative thoughts.
Learn more about how your mind works and how to manage your thoughts and emotions.
Find the switch-off button.
Send your inner tyrant on a much deserved holiday and rediscover your happy self – the one you (and everyone else) want to be around!
Take away resources (useful tips, guided meditations, etc) to support you in your work and life to regain some sanity, balance and joy.
