Are you finding your children's behaviours have changed post earthquakes? Would you like help to work through some of these changes and know how to help your children when they are feeling anxious and worried? This free workshop has expert help to give you new strategies and tools as a parent. Starts with a snack of soup and bread.

Sarah Drummond, Clinical Psychologist with 14 years' experience working in Child and Adolescent Mental Health and Child Development. Sarah was an integral part of setting up the first Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (a therapy designed to help people change harmful behaviour patterns) team within Child and Family Mental Health Services and the Christchurch District Health Board.

This is a free event, thanks to support from the Mental Health and Education Resource Centre, but please go to dashtickets to book a place. No booking fees - this is just to register for the event. This is filling up quickly, so don't delay. Places are limited.
