At the core of the Art of living Happiness program is a unique and profound breathing technique known as Sudarshan Kriya.This technique restores body, mind and spirit into its natural rhythm of being, and has positively transformed millions and millions of lives.
Along with Sudarshan Kriya, other powerful breathing techniques, yoga and meditation taught in the interactive sessions of the Happiness Program are all that's needed for an experience of happiness like never before.

Participants discover that by applying the breathing and relaxation techniques taught on this course, they have tools for dissolving stress and negative emotions, and for raising their energy levels and overall well-being. Many have found more ease in relationships and in decision-making, thanks to clearer thinking and a more peaceful, understanding mind.

The course is comprised of five sessions and it is important to attend all five sessions: weeknights 6.30 to 9.30pm, and 10am to 3.30pm on the weekend days.

Cost is $250 for the fully waged; and $150 concession is available for the unwaged. There are a limited number of free spaces for those in exceptional circumstances.
