Wellington favourite Island Bay Butchery have a reputation for crafting exceptional, high quality meat products and smallgoods and they’re extremely passionate about what they do.

Under the watchful eye of owner master-butcher and self taught smallgoods-man Don Andrews and German trained smallgoods specialist Terry McKee, tens of thousands of sausages
and smallgoods are produced every week.

Sausages are a real Island Bay specialty ranging from traditional Beef and Pork through to unique combos such as Paua & Black Pudding.

Join Terry and Don at Moore Wilson’s Fresh as they demonstrate how to mince, mix, stuff, tie and fry your way to creating gourmet sausages.

Tickets $20 including a complimentary coffee on the day.
Tickets available from Tory St Fresh Coffee Counter.
