Giselle Hillyer and Roger McVey, professors at the University of Idaho, return to New Zealand to present a programme of old and new works for violin and piano. With the expressive "Dialoque V" by John Elmsly (NZ), David Hamilton's (NZ) 'Shopping Spree', Charles Ives' spiritual Sonata No. 4 (U.S.), and classic works by Brahms and Francesco Geminiani, there is something here for everyone.

Paradisum will perform some of their competition repertoire as they head off to the Big Sing Finale in Wellington.

This is the first in a series of fundraising concerts for Epsom Music to commission a piece by NZ Composer David Hamilton for the upcoming Epsom Girls Grammar School centenary in 2017.
