Flourish in a Stressful World - Wellbeing Focused Mini Retreats

Do you ever get that feeling you’re just not right? Are you feeling tired despite eating well and exercising regularly? Do you find it difficult to get out of bed or seem to lose your temper at the drop of a hat? Maybe you’re just feeling burnt out and not really loving life?
Our fast paced daily life, stress or a series of stressful events, poor nutrition and exposure to toxins are some of the many things that contribute feeling tired, stressed and overwhelmed with life. We are often great at looking after others but not so good at caring for ourselves.
These 2 ½ hour mini retreats are focused on supporting and nurturing wellbeing in a holistic way.
The small group format includes healthy refreshments, inspirational resources and practical wellbeing focused activities to nourish and grow your essential self, to find vitality in everyday life.
