Have you been trying to conceive? Would you like to “fast forward” your fertility journey? In this 3 hours practical workshop we’ll introduce you scientifically proven natural therapies to maximise your chances to conceive sooner. You will get practical knowledge how to improve your fertility, health of your future children and even grandchildren.

You will learn to read subtle changes in your body throughout the menstrual cycle. We’ll discuss what happens in your body during IVF treatment. We’ll talk how fertility awareness helps you to conceive faster. We’ll discuss how lifestyle and simple diet adjustments can improve your ability to conceive.

We will introduce the newest research about acupuncture for reproduction; how acupuncture, herbal medicines balances your fertility and improves your chances to conceive naturally or with assisted technologies like IVF. We’ll show simple fertility acupressure routines to reduce stress and improve blood flow to your reproductive system. You will master easy mindfulness techniques, that will help you to deal with your daily stress. Our practical workshop will help you to prepare for natural or assisted conception.

Utilising time-proven healing techniques like acupuncture and herbal medicine we assisted many couples. Many of them conceived naturally or in conjunction with IVF or IUI. We are here to share the years of experience, research and knowledge with you.

It’s a practical 3 hours fertility workshop with a short brake for easy acupressure routine and mindfulness practice. Light snacks will be provided. Please note it’s Women only event.

Roberta Mek is accredited Natural Fertility Educator (NFNZ), fertility and pregnancy bodywork specialist. She is the first in New Zealand to become Fellow of American Board of Reproductive Oriental Medicine. Roberta studies for Masters Degree in acupuncture in ZheJiang University of Chinese Medicine, PR China. Roberta’s special interest is acupuncture benefit on fertility in advanced maternal age patients. Roberta works with Dr Vitalis Acupuncture.
