We all have our ups and downs in life. Sometimes the downs can be small things like upsetting a friend or family member. Sometimes it’s big things like finding out that you or someone close has a chronic condition. Interestingly, research shows that it isn’t the events themselves that have the biggest influence on our emotions, it’s the way we react to them… and that the stronger our relationships are, the happier we are more likely to be.

In order to thrive, we need to get essential daily nourishment, not only from food, exercise and mental stimulation but from connecting with others.

Join Alyson Keller, The WellBeing Centre’s Coach for Work, Life and Play and find out how our thinking processes impact our lives and enjoy a range of exercises, including Mindfulness, that you can use on a daily basis to create the year you have always dreamed of.
