Down to Earth Wine Celebration event:

Misha's Vineyard Wines - "Earn Your Lunch"

"Earn your Lunch” is a unique experience that provides a hands-on experience of working on Misha’s Vineyard followed by a casual lunch and wine tasting with the team at their old gold-miner ruins on the vineyard. The spectacular 57-hectare estate on the edge of Lake Dunstan is not open to the public so this is a rare opportunity to get an intimate knowledge of what makes Misha’s Vineyard such a special place.

The experience starts from Misha’s Vineyard office in Cromwell at 10am with a meet and greet by vineyard owners Misha and Andy Wilkinson. Misha's Vineyard WinesGuests are then taken by Misha & Andy to Misha’s Vineyard in Bendigo (10 mins away) in a 4WD vehicle. On the vineyard, there will be a 30 minute introduction and safety briefing by the Vineyard Manager followed by a lesson on how to perform a specific vineyard activity – the vineyard activities at this time of year are generally shoot thinning, bud rubbing or lateral removal. Paired with a member of the vineyard team, the guests would then work with the crew for about an hour on the vineyard.

After working in the vines for an hour or so, guests would have ‘earned’ their lunch and be rewarded with a relaxed lunch and wine tasting at Ah Foo’s House – an old gold mining ruins - before returning to the Misha’s Vineyard office in Cromwell.

This will be about a 4 hour experience in total commencing at 10am at the Misha’s Vineyard office in Cromwell and so returning around 2pm. It is limited to a maximum of 4 people.
