Feeling it as "Reunion", with our Soul and Spiritual, which might be a promise once made in the past.... For the new stage of your journey, let us take a Shower of Light and Sound...Meditation with the Healing Sound of Crystal Singing Bowls, Crystal "Mandala" formation and the Moon energy...

No special skill or effort required....You will find the greater sense of your "Self". Just be sitting or lying down as the way of your Being.

Crystal Singing Bowls are unique instruments made of 99% pure quartz crystal. It is said the sound of the bowls can penetrate physical body, reaching at the very cells and even energy level, and cause them to re-balance by oscillation and resonance.

Researches show that α-wave or θ-wave quickly appears in listeners’ brain and this means the state of deep relaxation.
The notes of this powerful sonic tool correspond with Chakras/energy centres, hence the energy centres can be 'tuned' through 'resonance' with vibration of the sounds.

The facilitator, Shu is a Crystal Singing Bowl player/meditation facilitator, Reiki Master/Teacher and father of two boys in Hawkes Bay.

For further information or booking, please email to Shu crystal@naturallifenz.org, or phone on 06 8771298.
