You don’t have to be a ‘rawist’ to benefit from eating raw food… but knowing where to begin can be a bit daunting when a green salad is just about as far as you usually go in the raw! Come along and have fun whilst learning all about raw foods.

Discover the nutritional and health benefits of including more raw food into your diet and learn how to prepare raw food that’s easy to make, that’s rich in enzymes and nutrients and tastes delicious along with the raw food prep techniques you will need to be successful.
You will learn how to make a range of dishes from:

Juices and smoothies
Porridge, muesli and granola
Raw crackers
Spreads, nut creams and herb sauces
Soups
Sushi & spring rolls
Pate
Pad Thai
Fermented veges
To die for desserts
(And very yummy salads!) so that you can put together a full 3-course raw meal and include more raw dishes into mealtimes.

You will learn about the principles of raw food, fermented foods and how to prepare each dish and the equipment you will need along with lots of recipes to go home and try out.

This course is led by Nutritionist and Chef, Selena Quinn.
