Prepare and cook delicious, economical and healthy meals using seasonal vegetables, meat and seafood, utilizing stir frying, steaming and deep frying techniques. Learn to select the best meat and seafood and the different ways of cutting meat. A great course for those going flatting and wanting to learn to cook economical meals.

All ingredients included in course fee but bring an apron, container with lid, sharp knife (optional), tea towel and a handtowel to each session.

By the end of the course, you will be able to:

cook and prepare Chinese style meals
select seasonal vegetables
choose and prepare different types of seafood and meat
demonstrate stir frying, steaming and deep frying techniques
demonstrate tips to make cooking more interesting and easy

Please note: All courses need a minimum number to go ahead. If your course does not have enough enrolments, we regret that we will have to cancel and will let you know either by email or text. Please check your emails regularly. Courses are usually cancelled, when necessary, 2-3 working days prior to the scheduled start date. Please make sure that you have also read the CEC cancellation and refund policy.
