This is a fun and sexy dance style. Participants have an option to perform at the end of the course. The classes are 1.5 hours long and are great to improve your fitness while having fun! Every class starts with a warm up and a good pre-stretch before we get into the choreography.

This class is open to anyone with a bit of Jazz, Ballet, Burlesque, Hip Hop or Chair Burlesque experience. Even if you are a fit beginner to dance, you are welcome to try the class!

Amy Chan "I have been doing chair burlesque with Irina for over a year now and have enjoyed every moment. Thursday evenings are now one of my favorite days! It's helped me improved in my technique, fitness but also general confidence especially with performing in public. Irina has a lovely teaching style - well paced and always happy to help. Her enthusiasm and positivity is contagious and her humor brings a note of happiness to us all during class. The choreo is sexy and fun, and shes always challenging us to get better and better. I look forward to more sessions and performances !"
