This class is taught by Irina Kapeli

It focuses on core and leg strength as well as flexibility.It consists of Ballet barre exercises that challenge your strength, posture and balance as well as around 20 minutes of big stretches to increase your flexibility.

This class is intense and is great for people who are interested in improving muscle tone, mobility and coordination and are willing to push a little harder. Please note that this is NOT a dance class, but a fitness class with elements of dance .

Wednesdays 6.30pm, starting 11th March
$120 for 8 weeks
$100 for 8 weeks with student ID

Suitable for men and women

For extra $45 get a pair of ballet shoes at your first class! ( please book in advance with your size), Normal shoe price is $50
