This three-hour workshop is available twice in 2015: 20 June 2015 or 7 November 2015.

Tutor: Jann McMichael.

Find out about you, and why your energy can be limited daily. How you sabotage your own health and pain-free existence in the simple acts like standing and sitting.

The osteopath can put your bones back, but your muscles have a memory and they will pull your bones out again. The Alexander Technique shows you what those memories are, and how to let them go; then your bones will stay where they are meant to be. In this workshop you will take the first step to exploring your muscle memory.

A typical day in your life may look like this:

Wake with the birds, early run or ride or to the gym;
Get the kids off to school then off to work;
Squeeze in a snatched breakfast on the way;
Heavy work pressure;
Late evening chores;
Kids to bed and then collapse in a heap!
You don't have to teach children how to de-stress; they are ‘it’.

Learn about 'being' more, yet hurting less; changing the method of de-stressing to get results that last.

Our Mission: To provide quality adult and life long learning opportunities which empower individuals in their personal lives and as members of society.
