Yoga can be a great way to build strength, stamina, and balance. It’s also a chance to stretch and relax those muscles after a rough weekend adventure.

These classes focus on strength and flexibility without wild poses or heaps of sweating. You can expect a different class each week. Feel free to come along even if you have never done yoga. Non-trampers welcome.

Taught by Megan Sety, keen tramper, climber and mountaineer. No booking required.

The details:
- Wear comfortable clothes that are not too loose. Yoga is practised in bare feet - no need for socks or shoes.
- There are spare yoga mats if you don't have one.
- Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes early.
