is a photographic exhibition presented by Maggie Gould.

This sight & sound event stages the Maggie Gould Vedere Photographic Exhibition at The Sir Paul Reeves Building AUT, Wellesley Street Auckland. Musical entertainment provided by a composite 6 piece group of musicians focussing on the songs and music of the icons photographed for this exhibition.

The A+Trust have been selected as the recipient Trust in New Zealand with ticket sale & auction of limited edition photographic prints.
This fundraising campaign is to provide for the new Haematology and Bone Marrow Transplant Unit at Auckland Hospital.


Photojournalist Maggie Gould is a photographer/musician with 20 years’ experience, interviewing and photographing some of the most famous people in the world. She has rare photographs of iconic musical figures from Johnny Cash to Nina Simone, music legend Ray Charles to world statesman Nelson Mandela, the Dalai Lama, Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.

Maggie has spent her time divided between her passion in art– music and photography. As a vocalist sheperformed in London, New York and in the Pacific region. Maggie has photographed world events like Chogm, Hong Kong for The South China Morning Post, Harlem portraits and has captured images of iconic world leader Nelson Mandela and Dame Whina Cooper, music festival and iconic stars like Clint Eastwood, BB King and Audrey Hepburn.

The Vedere Exhibition is a presentation of Maggie Gould’s select photographic portfolio and to experience her music in an intimate concert event. The evening features photographic portfolio of rare iconic photographic images, musical performance of songs that identify the icons photographed by Maggie Gould. The presentation includes Maggie storytelling and sharing insights from her interviews with people she has photographed.

This will be followed by a Charity Auction of limited Edition framed prints.

The evening flow will be orchestrated by admired personality Oscar Knightley.
