The workshop is participatory with challenging ideas and discussions, as well as takeaway contemplative tools for engagement and practice. The workshop is especially useful for those who want to take a day out from a demanding social ministry and be refreshed or encouraged through discovering fresh perspectives and insights.

Price includes lunch.
