North Shore Kung Fu and Qigong Health Centre, 46a Taharoto Rd, Takapuna

All Ages

The ‘Enter the Flow’ course is the final piece in making the link between the major flows of the energy systems in our bodies. Qigong Foundation Practices teaches practices for the main organ meridians which are like rivers, Between Heaven and Earth teaches practices for the eight extraordinary meridians which are like ocean currents and also introduces awareness of the resulting energy fields which we can compare to moisture in the atmosphere, Enter the Flow goes further in working with energy fields and the resulting ‘rain’ or recirculation of energy into the body. Working with all three of these systems together, the practices in ‘Enter the Flow’ ensure healthy flow of energy to every cell of the body and encourages healthy awareness of energy through out your day to day activities.

In this course you will learn:

Practices for improved body and energy awareness
How to apply energy awareness to everyday activities
How to have energy awareness throughout your day
Excellent for:

Anyone who has already completed the QFP and BHE courses and wants to take their qigong practice further by completing their understanding of energy circulation in the body
People who want to develop greater awareness of energy in their day to day activities
People who want to be able to apply qigong principles to other activities that we do not always thing of as qigong (for example sports or other physical activies)

The Enter the Flow course also forms part of the Long White Cloud Qigong instructor certification syllabus.

The cost of this workshop is $120 or "give freely receive freely basis" - which means you pay what you want to or can afford.
