All our suffering comes from the loneliness borne of separation. But the separation is not real. You never left here. You have just stopped noticing. We get carried away by the stream of thoughts, stories and images in our mind. But we can come back to life. All that is required is to stop. Breathe. Listen. Feel. Notice the presence of life around you.

Join me for a 3 hour workshop. You will:

Improve health and well-being
