About the Competition
The purpose of the Young Viticulturist of the Year competition is to find a national viticulture representative to compete in the Young Horticulturist of the Year competition and to celebrate the young talent in our region.

Winners of the regional event will go on to compete at the national final at the 2014 Romeo Bragato conference in Marlborough.

Competitors will vie for the coveted title of Young Viticulturist of the Year 2014 earning the right to compete at the Young Horticulturist of the year competition. The highly anticipated Horty Sports event will take place at lunchtime and we invite people to come down and watch the action from 12.30-1pm! There will be a coffee cart on site and the coffee is on us!
