A Mother, a Daughter, Three Possible Dads and a trip down the aisle you'll never forget
Over 50 million people worldwide have fallen in love with the characters, the story and the music that make Mamma Mia! the ultimate feel good show.
Catherine Johnson's sunny, funny tale unfolds on a Greek island paradise. On the eve of her wedding, a daughter's quest to discover the identity of her father brings three men from her mother's past back to the island they last visited 20 years ago.

The story telling magic of ABBA's timeless songs propels this enchanting tale of love, laughter and friendship and every night everyone's having the time of their lives.

The original WestEnd production of Mamma Mia! is celebrating 13 years and over 5,000 performances in London, an international tour has visited more than 74 foreign cities and the blockbuster feature film adaptation is the most successful movie musical of all time, grossing over $600 million worldwide and now it is Wellington's turn.

The set was designed by the highly regarded New Zealand based designer John Harding and costumes by Lesley Burkes-Harding. The product was NZ built for multiple productions around the country by the MTNZ Consortium

Wellington Musical Theatre, who produced the spectacular "Phantom of the Opera" at the St James Theatre in 2013, are the driving force behind this latest production of Mamma Mia! being presented at Wellington's iconic St James Theatre....we hope to see you there - it is guaranteed to be a night to remember
