Sarah Claire has got it all worked out, she knows what she is doing, why she is doing it and how long it is going to take. Ella is a personal train wreck that has just been hit by a car and figures she’ll stay at Sarah’s till she’s better.
Kalopsia sky is the debut work from Frank Creation, a mix of art and theatre. After a successful season in Auckland at The Basement, Frank Creation is proud to bring Kalopsia Sky, to the Hamilton Gardens Arts Festival. The show looks at friendship in a modern climate. What do we do with all the hard stuff? Particularly when, let’s be honest, we don’t even like each other that much. Friendship - can we really be bothered. Climate change - is it as bad as all that. It’s about what you would do if you killed someone’s canary and wrecked their sheets.
‘Kalopsia Sky is a rare little gem . . . Go see it.’ Sam Brooks, The Lumiere Reader
