Over two Saturdays we would like to introduce you to the principles of Ayurveda (The Science of Life).
Ayurveda is an Indian Healing Tradition that has been practiced for over 5000 years.
It is a Holistic health approach that promotes balance between Mind, Body and Spirit, with the use of special foods, seasonal lifestyle tips, and massage, Yoga and herbal remedies.
Our experienced Teacher will help you identify your Dosha or body type (Pitta, Kapha, Vata) and together you will work on how you can incorporate Ayurveda into your daily routine.

The course will cover a range of subjects including;
Ayurvedic Detoxification
Diet and healthy Digestion
Ayurvedic Herbs
Seasonal adjustments
Meditation and Stress Relief

This is a very useful course for someone who is new to Ayurveda or health practitioners and students who want to broaden their knowledge of Ayurveda
