This workshop will offer an introduction to chanting mantras, pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation. The physiological & emotional benefits of chanting mantras will be introduced with their meanings and the use of mantra for meditative purposes. Several pranayama techniques will be taught and benefits will be explained. To finish, students will be led through a guided meditation practice.
