Interested in finding out what Hypnotherapy is all about? Then please join me for this fund raising event for NP Spiritualist Church:

Presentation/Guided meditation in Hypnosis/Afternoon tea.

A unique opportunity to experience being safely guided into the trance state by a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist and to experience and learn about the benefits of Hypnotherapy.

When: Saturday 30th August 2014 2pm – 4pm, arrivals from 1.30pm

Where: NP Spiritualist Church, 156 Tukapa Street, New Plymouth (next to NZ Labour building). Free on-site car park, disabled access.

Cost: $20 per person. Please register your name prior to Event for catering and seating purposes. Payment by cash or cheque only. All proceeds go to NP Spiritualist Church.

Event Outline:
- Introductions, Karin’s background
- Hypnotherapy explained, Karin’s approach, FAQs
- Guided visualisation /meditation in hypnosis, approx 30-40 minutes
- Shared afternoon tea (provided) and opportunity to approach Karin for more detailed information, no question is too trivial.

Benefits of a guided meditation in hypnosis:
- Encourages personal and spiritual growth
- Boosts confidence and eases depression
- Relieves stress and encourages healthy behaviours and responses

Important Notes:
Please inform Karin if you have any serious health conditions that you take medication for or if you are taking medication for Depression or Bipolar Disorder.
Please note that this Event is not suitable for children due to the minimum distractions needed for the meditation in hypnosis.
