She lives in Nelson with her husband and two young children [4 & 2 years] on a 1/4 acre section with fruit trees, veggie gardens and 5 happy chooks.

Healthy Baking including some raw goodness.

One of Nicola's most popular Nelson workshops and her favourite to teach as everybody loves a sweet treat.

Learn how to easily alter baking recipe so to reduce sugar content + add extra nutrition without compromising on deliciousness.Introduction to different sweeteners beyond white cane sugar and how to use them in recipes. Simple raw sweets that can be made in minutes.+ Delicious food samples on the day & recipe folder to take home.

This is demonstration style workshops, however, there will be plenty of food interaction and sampling. We have kept the numbers as low as possible so everyone can get their questions answered and experience the food.
