Lets get together for a day, Halloumi cheese, made out of fresh organic milk from our caws, are highlighter of the day. Halloumi cheese originated in Cyprus, subsequently gaining popularity throughout the Middle East region. You will able to assist in the process of making Artisan cheese, taste it and get full training how to make fresh cheeses at home without special equipment. With a one day hands-on class with Olia you will gain an ability to impress your friends and family.
We also will make Italian Ricotta cheese and fresh pasta- ravioli using home-grown herbs and cheese for our lunch. I will demonstrate a method of easy cheese making and you all will get involved in hands-on lunch preparation.

The cooking class is set in beautiful homestead, high on a hill, overlooking White Island and Ohiwa Harbour. , Here at our gardens we growing variety of Mediterranean style produce with olives and figs and heritage fruit trees, all growing organically.

To get there- short drive from Ohope beach , pass the cheddar Valley pottery, next turn is Stanley road .
