Hobsonville Point team training, a strength and conditioning programme that includes everything from core to endurance, get that 6 pack or toned body you always dreamed of, never workout alone and feel bored again!

This is not a bootcamp, sessions limited to six Spartans only! Coaches will teach you and motivate you every minute of the sessions.

Option to train twice/week or once/week or more!

The workouts will be scaled to your level, and the positive energy you experience will help you keep your intensity in that progress zone.

Each session will include a warm up, instructional workout and finish with stretching. Every workout you do will be different from the last and all of them will keep you wanting more.
