We all love bread; especially beautiful hand crafted types like baguette and foccacia. Join our very own esteemed “French baker” Moise Cerson for a day of learning his craft. You’ll be mixing, kneading and shaping all kinds of different breads before sitting down to enjoy lunch which will include your breads, soup, salads, home-made spreads and terrine, all washed down with a glass of Te Mata Estate wine.

F.A.W.C! Summer Series runs October 31st-November 9th, giving you ten glorious days to whet your whistle and test your taste buds at over sixty events, set in truly stunning Hawke’s Bay locations. F.A.WC!’s sumptuous programme includes master classes, degustation dinners, mystery location lunches, vertical tastings, private chefs in homes and more, all with a collection of New Zealand’s finest food and wine talent.
