Ooh la la! During this intensely practical, hands-on workshop, you will be guided through each step of the cheesemaking process while making your very own round of Camembert. You will then get to take the cheese that you have just created, home to show off!

All ingredients are provided and you will go home with the recipe and a full set of course notes.

During the workshop, the following topics will also be covered, milk and where to source it, hygiene and sanitation and the origins of the cheese you are about to make.

You'll also be treated to some wonderful homemade and New Zealand made cheeses along the way!

Please note that a small lunch break is provided and cheesemaking supplies will be available to purchase after the workshop.
